Terms

These terms cover your use of the Flowr app and this website, provided by Heart Mode LLC (“we”). By downloading, trying or buying Flowr you agree to them.

Your license

• A Flowr license costs $15, paid once. It lets you use Flowr on one Mac, for personal or work use.
• It includes all 1.x updates. A future major version (2.0) may be sold separately; your current version keeps working.
• Flowr checks your license online at least once every 30 days. If it can’t, recording pauses until it can connect again. Your saved work is never affected.
• You may not resell, share, reverse-engineer or redistribute Flowr or license keys, except where the law allows.

Free trial

Each Mac can use Flowr free for 14 days. After that, recording requires a license. Your recordings, transcripts and notes stay available either way.

Refunds

Full refund within 15 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

Recording other people

Flowr can record and transcribe meetings and calls. You are responsible for getting consent from everyone you record where the law requires it. Rules differ between countries and states.

Your content

Everything you record or create with Flowr belongs to you and stays on your Mac. We don’t receive it. If you turn on the optional webhook, transcripts go only to the address you set, and you’re responsible for that destination.

No warranty

Flowr is provided “as is”. Speech recognition and speaker labels can make mistakes, so check anything important. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Flowr is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
