If Flowr isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 15 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Bought Flowr before October 1, 2026? You keep the 30 days we promised at the time.
How to ask
Email support@tryflowr.com from the address you used to buy Flowr, or include that address in your message. That’s all we need.
What happens next
- We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
- The license is deactivated, and Flowr stops recording on your Mac at its next license check. Everything you’ve already recorded, transcribed or saved stays on your Mac.
After 15 days
Purchases older than 15 days aren’t normally refundable. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway and we’ll do our best to help.
